Michele Kanan
A creative powerhouse in the industry, Michele Kanan is an Emmy® award-winning television producer and an Emmy® nominated writer-director. She quickly makes magic happen on and off set and is often the key reason a project is a success.
Michele, a gifted director, balances her boundless creativity with exceptional organizational skills, allowing her to orchestrate complex productions while maintaining a clear artistic vision. She artfully blended story with action in her upcoming action directorial debut: BODYMAN starring Tom Arnold, Sean Kanan, Johnathan Schaech
Michele Kanan has produced more than seven films, including BODYMAN starring , Darkness of Man starring Jean-Claude Van Dam, 'Til Death Do Us Part, and the Cannes Film Festival darling sci-fi film Colonials, starring Greg Kriek. In 2021, Michele won an Emmy for OUTSTANDING DIGITAL DRAMA for STUDiO CiTY (streaming on Amazon Prime, Tubi and Roku), which has received over twenty Emmy nominations.
Sean Kanan
Sean Kanan is an Emmy nominated actor, Emmy award winning producer, and author who has been recognized for his impactful roles in The Karate Kid franchise, Cobra Kai, and The Bold and the Beautiful. Kanan's exceptional work as the creator and star of STUDiO CiTY earned him an Emmy award. He has authored five books, including Way of the COBRA and the recently released Way of the COBRA Couples, coauthored with his wife, Michele. Sean Kanan, a well-known industry figure, has appeared in dozens of films and over a thousand episodes of network television. His extensive experience as a producer, screenwriter, and expert in private equity film finance enriches the strategic vision of Flip Creative Media.
R. Peter Vega
A Clio Award-winning editor and production generalist with almost a decade of experience in the Video Game industry. Skilled in the entire Adobe suite, 3D modeling, and background film production, Peter is often responsible for the groundwork to ensure the process is as smooth as possible and always has a level of professional polish.
JAY GONZALEZ
With an eye for detail and a producer’s precision, Jay Gonzalez is the logistical engine that keeps creativity in motion. Whether he’s orchestrating complex shoots or shaping bold brand identities, Jay blends artistry and strategy to turn big ideas into seamless execution.
From concept to camera, Jay’s superpower is bridging creativity and logistics — ensuring every frame, beat, and budget aligns perfectly. With years of experience leading consumer products across film, television, and digital campaigns, he’s known for his calm under pressure, meticulous eye, and ability to make even the most ambitious projects look effortless.
When Jay’s not leading the charge on set, he’s dreaming up new ways to push boundaries — because at Flip, “good enough” just doesn’t make the cut.
GIGI VEGA
A multi-hyphenate expert dedicated to building thoughtfully-curated, people-centered, and visually-addicting content. With both agency and in-house experience, Gigi has championed projects in every marketing channel, from digital to print, but has excelled in social. Her enthusiasm for photography, on-camera speaking ability, and thorough knowledge of graphic design and storytelling uniquely position her to create compelling content.
Anne-Sophie Vega
Anne-Sophie is a freelance Hair and Makeup artist working in high fashion who provides looks for various magazines and video productions. You can find out more about her looks on her instagram.

Juliet Vega
